Is there a fee for your service?
No. You will never charged to help you find a new position. Our goal is to help you find a job that matches your skills, experience and career goals. We want to create a partnership between you and the client who is offering the position, creating the right fit for both of you.
Am I employed by
Hire Standards or the client?
When you accept a flex or flex-to-hire position, you will be an employee of Hire Standards. On a direct hire basis, you will immediately become an employee of our trusted client.
Is Hire Standards a temporary service?
No. We are a full-service staffing agency. We offer opportunities in flflex, flex-to-hire or direct hire positions.
How often will I be paid?
After the first week of work, you’ll be paid every Friday. Weekly payroll is paid through your choice of direct deposit, or through a pay card.
What benefits do you offer your employees?
We offer excellent benefit opportunities to our long-term employees including vacation and holiday pay. We also offer medical benefits, available to all of our employees. We also have a referral program where you earn money for referring your friends!

How soon can I start working?
Once the interview process is complete, your specialist will discuss the current openings with you that best match what you are looking for based on your skills and experience. You are able to accept or decline positions at that time. Employment could start as soon as the next day or the first day you are available to start.
